Leadership

Mr. C. A. Rajan is a Gold Medalist in Engineering from ANNA UNIVERSITY and he is in the field of Engineering design and manufacture right from 1986. He is an icon for upholding good ways over means and for ethical professional conduct.

Mr. C. A. Rajan has vast experience in various dimensions of engineering practice. He is an outstanding personality in engineering design, incorporating creative ideas with value added solutions. He has got experience in manufacturing, fabrication, tool design, automation, and new product development. He also has expertise in promotion of technology entrepreneurship. He has been in association with both Indian and MNC origin companies in his career as an engineering professional.

Mr. C. A. Rajan has been involved in several new developments in the past when he was in association with Larsen & Toubro, one of the industrial giants in India. He had also developed several new products for some of the Mumbai based companies. One of his masterpieces in reverse engineering is the development Aieliron Control Rod Assembly for HAL, Bangalore. Mr. Saxena, General Manager of HAL Bangalore admired his immense involvement, initiative, and inventive approach in the development of Aileron Control Mechanism for Jaguar Aircraft.

Mr. C. A. Rajan is the core person in the establishment and founding of M/s. Ringfeder Power Transmission India Pvt Ltd, in Chennai. This is a subsidiary of M/s. Ringfeder Power Transmission GmbH, Germany. Currently, he devotes a lot of his time to develop a technology oriented design center in India for new product development, Re Engineering for cost benefit, value addition and enhanced product performance.

Mr. C. A. Rajan is based in Chennai. He has been married since 1996, and blessed with two sons.
